Dmitriy Fuzaylov, M.D.

Dmitriy Fuzaylov, MD, is a physiatrist and interventional pain management physician serving patients in Malverne, Long Island, and Rego Park, Queens. At Innovation Spine Medical, he specializes in joint and spine conditions with the goals of decreasing pain and restoring function in his patients.

Dr. Fuzaylov received his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine and went on to complete a residency training program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Columbia/New York-Presbyterian Hospital, which gave him the opportunity to work at the nation’s top hospitals, including Columbia Presbyterian, Weill Cornell, Hospital for Special Surgery as well as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Subsequently, he also completed a fellowship program in Pain Medicine at the PennState Hershey Medical Center.

As a dually board-certified physician, Dr. Fuzaylov treats a multitude of spinal and joint conditions, including lower back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, sciatica, radiculopathy, spinal stenosis, sacroiliac joint pain, rotator cuff tears, tendonitis, etc. He has participated in and presented at multiple medical conferences and holds publications in peer-reviewed journals in his field.

As part of his practice, Dr. Fuzaylov utilizes injection techniques such as prolotherapy, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), epidural injections, and facet joint injections, as well as sacroiliac and other joint injections. He also specializes in osteoarthritis of the knee and treatment with injections of lubricant under fluoroscopy. Additionally, Dr. Fuzaylov uses conservative measures to help his patients achieve optimal health outcomes.

Hera is a Board-Certified New York State Licensed Acupuncturist with a background in traditional medicine. Before graduating with her Bachelors in Health Sciences and Masters in Acupuncture from New York College of Health Professions in 2019 she attended medical school. Having worked primarily in a traditional medical setting she has a vast knowledge and understanding of traditional medicine and can bridge the gap with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Hera specializes in Sports/Orthopedic Acupuncture, Pain Management Acupuncture, and Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture. As a practitioner Hera has a profound respect for both Western and Eastern practices and hopes that both will one day become integrated (just as they are at Innovation Spine).

David S. Rosenthal, DC

Chiropractor Dr. Rosenthal has been practicing in the tri-state area for over 25 years. He combines elements of Chiropractic, Acupressure, manual therapy, and physiotherapy to provide a comprehensive treatment aimed at eliminating pain and restoring normal function to the spine and musculoskeletal system.
